The main application in the Leasing collection. An application that handles the tracking of leased technology equipment across the City. It has many features including lease order entry, lease item transfer, receiver information updates, monthly billing archives, quote attachments, accessory tracking, multi-stage order approval, conditional automated email alerts, fee calculations, monthly lease costs setting, reports, etc. An application that tracks PIRT requests, provides PIRT transparency for government to residents, and assists with the collection of PIRT related information across the City. It includes an internal admin interface complete with reporting and an external interface that allows anyone to retrieve any data associated with any historical PIRT request. Third party software maintained by Application Services that provides a centralized hosting location for custom developed reports integrated in Infor, EAM, or custom applications that are distributed across the organization.

This application allows the City Clerk to track newspaper advertisements that arise from Council Meetings.

A background application to move emails from an inbox to a database for storage.
An application that enables Field Operations to see the status of historical solid waste calls, routes, trash can assignments, and work order history from the old mainframe. It also reads data from EAM and Infor. An application responsible for producing and transferring the AR Payments & Remits file to Infor for processing.

Bankruptcy Tracking
An application for managing records on debtors who have gone into bankruptcy.
An application to discover, track, and issue Business Permits for businesses that reside in the City of Greensboro. It creates physical Permits, generates letters for businesses as they move through the permitting process, sends financial data to accounting through Infor, renews and un-license businesses who meet certain criteria, etc. It also allows businesses to pay balances due online for Business Permits. There is a public facing portion that allows new business to initiate the Business Permit process online by filling out a form with requested information. An application that executes a custom export for all payments Collections has received on a specified day and puts them in a place for further processing by other custom applications and eventual upload into Infor for accounting purposes. An application that allows Collections to open and close batches in the iNovah cashier system each day.

An application for cashiers to view Infor invoices.
An application to look up invoices, credits, debits, and dispute information from Infor. It also prints invoices. An application that tracks a contract as it progresses from the originating department to the other required departments for signatures. It has reporting features and prints customized contract routing sheets and logs to assist with efficient routing and tracking of the contract as it completes the signature process. This application has been changed to main existing contracts only. DocuSign is used for new contract entry.
