Part of the Leasing collection. Sends an email to the leasing liaison informing them that their replacement items has been received by staging, however the expired item(s) have not been returned and therefore will continue to be billed. Part of the Leasing collection. Sends out an email to the leasing company with excel list of items that have expired and will be returned to them from staging. An application that tracks information related to the City network policy agreement per individual account holder. It also enables the Service Desk staff to confirm the network policy has been signed as needed to initiate certain processes. Third party software maintained by Application Services that provides a centralized hosting location for custom developed reports integrated in Lawson, EAM, or custom applications that are distributed across the organization. An application that enables users across the City to enter centralized service desk requests. It has been replaced with FreshService, but remains in production so that historical data can be searched. A system that provides a unified user interface and management system for new and upgraded operational processes. This application allows the City Clerk to track newspaper advertisements that arise from Council Meetings. A public facing form to allow the residents to communicate, via e-mail, with Greensboro Council members. A program that allows management of users and permissions in 38 applications.

Retiree Cost of Health and Dental Benefits
An application that proportionatly allocates charges for the retiree cost of health and dental insurance benefits to the department and uploads into the GL entries batch file. Part of the Business Permit collection. Allows the operators to process business permit data, including generating multiple types of letters for business who are in various phases of the permitting process, generating physical business permits for permitted businesses, and sending money that is collected by the business permit system up to the general ledger (Lawson) for Accounting purposes.
