Allows a multiple permits inspections to be entered at the same time.

A web service used by the Building Inspectors Routing map to query the database for inspection details, inspectors' itineraries and vehicle assignments. A web application that displays a map of building inspectors' routes and information about inspections on the route. Part of the Plan Review collection. A dashboard for Plan Administrators to manage applications and uploads. Part of the Plan Review collection. A program that allows a scrolling display of Plan Review Performance Information, such as time remaining on a plan, or average time spent by a plan in the review process. Part of the Plan Review collection. An application that allows Plan Coordinators and Reviewers to enter plan information, track the status, review points, or view the days in progress. An application for the public to determine the status of an assessment, water lien, or abeyance on a property. This application integrates with the Water Customer Information System and the Collections Construction and Loan Control system. Includes an internal portion with reports and additional information, as well as an external portion for general public use. A program (and web interface) that manages the compilation of source code into executable computer programs and running automated tests. An application that tracks a contract as it progresses from the originating department to the other required departments for signatures. It has data entry and reporting features and prints customized contract routing sheets and logs to assist with efficient routing and tracking of the contract as it completes the signature process. The Data Pipeline is a modular, single-use application designed to replace, over time, our myriad of non-financial data transfers and transformations. At present it manages only Active Directory logins and Lawson Numbers, but it will be extended to include many of our aging-out operator and automated data extract and transfer processes. An application for looking up employee information including phone numbers, work locations, departmental assignments, and manager to which they report. Part of the Leasing collection. Sends email notifications to leasing liaisons that have expiring computer equipment coming off lease that needs to be replaced or returned. Part of the Leasing collection. Sends email notifications to leasing liaisons that have expiring printer equipment coming off lease that needs to be replaced or returned. Part of the Plan Review collection. Shows the status, review points and days in process to the public. An application that allows us to track all of the other applications we support.

A web service that allows various other programs to perform automated lookup of Lawson data. The main application in the Leasing collection. An application that handles the tracking of leased technology equipment across the City. It has many features including lease order entry, lease item transfer, receiver information updates, monthly billing archives, quote attachments, accessory tracking, multi-stage order approval, conditional automated email alerts, fee calculations, monthly lease costs setting, reports, etc. Sends email notifications to liaisons that have entered an order into the lease system but did not finish submitting the order.
