2024 Accreditation Compliance
GM911 is proudly recognized as an Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE) in two key call taking disciplines, Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) and Emergency Fire Dispatch (EFD), by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. The agency is required to achieve and uphold 20 points of accreditation. To support
ongoing development, emergency communications specialists receive monthly feedback. This reporting and feedback process is a vital component of our Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Program and enhances GM911’s service to residents and partner agencies.
