Technical Services Division About the Division

The Technical Services Division operates a full-service, customer-owned and maintained (COAM) 800 MHz trunked wireless radio system. It also programs, supports, and accessorizes subscriber equipment. The division serves public safety and public works agencies on the local, state, and federal levels throughout Guilford, Alamance, Davidson, Randolph, and Forsyth counties. The Technical Services Division strives to provide excellent customer service by producing professional results in our maintenance, repair, radio system programming, and end-user subscriber equipment for voice, data, emergency, and non-emergency communications. It also provides consultation, order processing, and project management to help customers meet their communications needs.
