Ensure information is comprehensive across all platforms - Department interviews revealed that depending on the co-sponsored or outsourced programs, not all program information is included on the Department's website. This creates a lack of awareness of program offerings that the Department either offer in-house or fulfill through outsourced partners, limiting the potential participants who may be interested in registering.
