Battle of Guilford Courthouse Reenactment Country Park

Yappy Hour Enjoy some time outdoors and bring your four-legged friends to cool off and play. Leashed dogs of all sizes are welcome to join the spring time festivities and fun with splash pools, doggie treats, prize drawings, and more. Engage with local community organizations and canine-centric businesses who will be on-site with information and giveaways. April 16 | Downtown Greenway , LoFi Park | 5:30 7:30 pm Easter Egg Hunt Kids will have the opportunity to search for colorful eggs hidden around the center's outdoor area. Each age group will have designated zones to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. April 19 | Brown Recreation Center | 11 am to 12:30 pm Earth Day The Office of Sustainability and Resilience will host the 2nd annual Earth Day celebration at Keeley Park! Come for a wide range of activities and educational opportunities from micro sessions to demos of renewable energy technology to animal interactions. April 26 | Keeley Park | 1-4 pm

April 12 | Griffin Dog Park | 9 am to 12 noon Glenwood Grind A Skate Jam held at Glenwood Recreation Center with, live music, food, give aways, roller skating, and a skateboard tick contest. April 12 | Glenwood Recreation Center | 1-4 pm Groovin' on the Greenway Dance the night away with the first of this evening dance series exploring the importance of movement and expression. Local dance company Zodwa Dance Co. will perform and then teach an Afro-Caribbean line dance at the Freedom Cornerstone. April 12 | Downtown Greenway, Freedom Cornerstone | 5-6 pm
