ADULT RECESS Leave the kids at home! Attention all grown ups! Adult Recess is back, and this time we are introducing Adult Recess: Backyard Edition. This is a free, nostalgia-fueled romp -- exclusively for people 21 and older -- at the Jaycee Park Athletic Fields on July 9, 2021 at 6 pm. (July 16, 2021 rain date) Get ready to challenge new and old friends to classic playground games, including cornhole, four square, hopscotch, and our new favorite backyard game, bucket ball. A DJ will be playing music from the ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s. As always, dance-ofs are welcomed and encouraged. Beer and hot food from local vendors will be for sale. Visitors are encouraged to take public transportation or a ride-share to this event.
