COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS Pools and spraygrounds will have reduced City outdoor pools and spraygrounds will open in Summer 2021. Admission for pools are $1 for kids and $2 for adults, except for days when children are free. Spraygrounds are free admission. WINDSOR POOL 1601 E. Gate City Blvd.
