E. Part-time 20 employees may accrue four (4) hours of holiday time when 4 or more hours are worked on a City Designated Holiday. Any accumulated Holiday Leave balance over 20 hours for PT 20 employees will be converted to Sick Leave on June 30 annually. The remaining balance of 20 hours will carry over to the next fiscal year July 1 annually. F. The employee cannot be advanced Holiday Leave, nor should their Holiday Leave balance ever be in the negative (arrears). G. In the event an employee changes departments, accrued banked Holiday Leave hours will be paid out prior to the transfer.
