to ensure that the selection decision is fair and equitable in accordance with Federal and State laws, regulations, and City policies. 6.6 Departments will consider all qualified candidates for Specialized Additional Work Assignment. 6.7 Once the selection decision has been approved by P&C Talent Acquisition for the Specialized Additional Work Assignment, the form will be routed to P&C Compensation for review of the Supplemental Payment request. 6.8 P&C Compensation will verify payment amount and if approved will process supplemental pay request in GHR, notify the Department Director, B&E, People & Culture Information Systems (PCIS) and P&C Talent Acquisition.
