compensation polices, programs or practices are introduced, amended, or eliminated. 6.0 PROCEDURES 6.1 The Budget & Evaluation (B&E) Department requires a Position Request Form be completed and submitted to them for new positions (i.e., Mid-year position requests or Service Enhancements for a new budget year). B&E also requires a Position Request Form be completed and submitted to them for existing vacant positions for which you are requesting a reclassification of two (2) or more pay grades (i.e., current pay grade assignment is anticipated to increase OR decrease by two or more grades). 6.2 For all other reclassification requests for vacant and filled positions not described in Section 6.1 above, JobBlox should be used to submit the request to P&C. 6.3 Do not complete both the Position Request Form and JobBlox to submit a position reclassification request. 6.4 A current and proposed organization chart must be submitted to P&C Compensation along with each position reclassification request. 6.5 P&C Compensation reviews all classification requests and determines appropriate job evaluation factor levels. 6.6 P&C Compensation communicates results of the reclassification review to the requesting Department Director. 6.7 The Department Director may request to revisit the results communicated by P&C Compensation by providing additional information to support the request. 6.8 The Department Director or designee communicates the results of the review to any affected employees. 7.0 PEOPLE & CULTURE CONTACT Compensation
