6.4 If the Department Director or designee approves the request, the requested schedule should be reviewed with the P&C Director or their designee. When the Department Director and P&C Director concur on the requested schedule change, the employee will be informed of the decision and may begin working the flexible schedule at an agreed upon date. 6.5 If after a review of the available information, the supervisor or manager determines the flexible schedule cannot be accommodated because of service delivery issues, the supervisor will notify the employee of the decision.
