The Medical Services Supervisor, in collaboration with the Transportation Department’s Parking Operations Office, will determine if an employee qualifies for a handicapped parking privilege and may require additional information prior to making the decision. See the appendix document, Handicapped Parking Procedures on page 403. 6.2 Transit Passes A. A benefit eligible employee who would prefer to utilize a transit pass rather than receive the parking subsidy should contact the Public Transportation Division in the Transportation Department to make arrangements to obtain the transit pass. B.
