6. Spirometry (Case dependent) 7. Chest X-ray (Case dependent) 8. EKG (Case dependent) 9. Blood Labs (Unless otherwise indicated, panel includes CMP; CBC/differential; Lipids; Thyroid/TSH) 10. Urinalysis 11. Urine Drug Screen (5-panel)* 12. Complete Physical Exam (including breast or prostate exam as appropriate) 13. Other exam components as deemed appropriate by examiner.
* In order to be eligible for employment, all applicants must consent to a pre-employment urine drug screen according to City of Greensboro and North Carolina Department of Transportation policies and procedures.
