South Greensboro Parks Analyzed

The following pages provide an analysis of the public realm and public spaces in the study area and suggest high level opportunities and recommendations, listed below. Elements explored in the analysis include multimodal connectivity, underutilized and unimproved areas, park amenities, parking and other access, relationships to adjacent opportunity sites, and other features particular to each space. This analysis also includes areas surrounding parks (their context) as well as areas adjacent to a potential linear park and greenway network on the west side of the study area. Other related open spaces conceived as part of this system, such as schools and public property, are also included.
