The Mid-Afternoon Plan News was a recurring virtual meeting series hosted by the City of Greensboro as part of the South Greensboro Area Plan effort. These meetings were held every Wednesday from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM and served as an online platform for community members to stay informed and engaged with the planning process. The sessions provided the opportunity to receive updates on draft recommendations, review community input, and have time for residents to ask questions and share feedback. This format ensured ongoing transparency and accessibility, allowing participants to stay connected to the plan’s development even if they could not attend in-person events.
