» Deal with crime and safety issues » Enhance pedestrian connectivity (use entire block as case study for increasing pedestrian connectivity requirements and standards for commercial and multifamily residential development overall) » Require interconnectivity for development sites, including the use stub streets and sidewalks » Require sidewalk connections to thoroughfares » Prohibit stormwater ponds from being placed in frontage areas without also serving as an amenity » Prohibit loading areas and waste enclosures from being located in a frontage zone or along a roadway
