Infrastructure and Capital Investment » Undertake an Equity Audit: Evaluate the distribution of capital investment over the last 20 years to ensure fairness. » Consider New Evaluation Criteria: Develop criteria for future capital investment that includes equity considerations. » Prioritize Parks and Recreation: Improve parks and recreational amenities in the next parks bond or capital improvement plan. » Maintain Existing Parks: Ensure routine maintenance and care for existing parks, playgrounds, and facilities.
