The northernmost focus area is reimagined as a gateway into south Greensboro from I-40. Transformative mixed-use development in a limited industrial area north of Creekridge Road could change the entire image of the area. This should be integrated with the restoration and revitalization of Ryan Creek itself, creating a new linear park and greenway system serving as an area wide amenity. Residential development is envisioned further down Randleman Road, along with strategic creation of a new street network to access and catalyze the completion of neighborhoods.
