06.02 Primary Corridors
This section focuses on the three primary corridors that traverse the study area: Randleman Road, South Elm-Eugene Street, and Vandalia Road. These corridors serve as the most heavily traveled routes within the area, providing vital connections to surrounding neighborhoods and destinations. Each corridor possesses its own distinct character and set of needs, which are examined in detail in the following pages. The analysis includes a review of current and planned infrastructure projects, identifies opportunities for enhancement, and presents both existing and proposed street cross sections to guide future improvements
