How to Request Infor CloudSuite Security or Changes to Security: Each department has at least one Infor CloudSuite Account Requester. Only account requestors and department directors have the ability to request updates to Infor CloudSuite security for new or existing employee positions. Find the list of departmental Infor CloudSuite Account Requestors here: http://citynet/Documents/InformationTechnology/Infor%20Lawson%20Account%20Approvers.pdf . If the department is not listed, one must get approval from the department director. Infor CloudSuite Account Requestors and Department Directors can submit an Infor CloudSuite Security Account Request and Change Form online within the Fresh Service ticketing system, located here: https://itsupport.greensboro-nc.gov/support/catalog/items?category_id=13000152962 Once the Infor CloudSuite Account request has submitted, the Account Requester may be contacted for follow-up questions and/or notified when the request is complete. Via CityNet, under the Technology Liaisons site, Computer Leasing, Look up Equipment; choose Monthly Billing Invoice. Enter the Month and year you would like to view the billing and click OK.
