The RightFax number for IT is 336-373-3600. All faxes sent to this number will be delivered to the shared mailbox (IT Fax 336-373-3600, IT Fax 3363733600@greensboro-nc.gov) as a .PDF attachment. If a fax arrives for you, and you’d like to forward it to your personal mailbox, you will need to change the “From” feld to your account instead of the shared mailbox account. If you do not, the message will sit in your outbox,since you don’t have permission to send mail as the shared user.
