2 ANALYZE - We carefully analyzed the conditions of our existing facilities to better understand their current state.

3 IMAGINE - We imagined the possibilities and made recommendations for change grounded in community input and careful assessment.

THE BIG IDEAS ENHANCE - These facilities are in good-working order and loved by the community. Enhancing the adjacent site opportunities will create more vibrant spaces.

THE BIG IDEAS EXPAND - These facilities are well-loved but need an update. Expanding aquatic offerings and improving the surrounding site will bring these more in line with community needs.

THE BIG IDEAS MODERNIZE - These facilities are outdated and in need of significant and costly repairs. Modernizing them with new aquatics amenities will allow them to become more dynamic parts of the City’s aquatic offerings.

* The pool at Windsor Recreation Center is outside of this study. It is already slated to be replaced as part of a larger joint use development project. This project will include an indoor aquatic component with a lazy river, slide, beach entry, and a lap pool.
