FREE Abilities Tennis clinics provide free tennis instruction at all levels for athletes with intellectual disabilities. Latham Park Tennis Courts Sundays | 4:30-5:30 pm | Ages 8+ | Registration Required ADAPTIVE PADDLING EXPERIENCE $ Join our friends from GetOutdoors Pedal & Paddle and PAIRnc this fall to learn adaptive kayaking techniques and feel more independent on the water. Lake Higgins Various Dates | 10:30 am to 12 noon | www.pairnc.org STANDING/WHEELCHAIR ADAPTIVE TENNIS FREE GRETA has partnered with Greensboro Parks and Recreation, High Point Parks and Recreation, and Kernersville Parks and Recreation to help grow the sport of tennis for wheelchair and standing adaptive players in our community. Our mission is to expose individuals with all levels of physical disability to the sport of tennis. Smith Active Adult Center Thursdays | 10:30-11:30 am CHALLENGER FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING FREE Challenger football and cheerleading's purpose is to give children and young adults with disabilities an opportunity to participate in a league and join a cheerleading team. All of this is done in a safe, structured, and team environment.
