Earnings of employees who have continuous employment status with the City. Earnings of part-time employees that are employed for a specific season of the year. Earnings for employees that are hired on a temporary basis to meet peak demands in workload. Earnings for Public Safety Sworn employees that are hired on a temporary basis to meet peak demands in workload.
