Type: Not categorized, undeveloped Amenities: None, undeveloped

Creekridge Valley is an 1.26-acre undeveloped property owned by the City of Greensboro. The property is surrounded by privately owned undeveloped property, but is located along a planned greenway. Ryan Creek runs diagonally across the property and much of the property is in the floodplain of the creek. The only entrance to the property is at the end of Vestal Street.

Opportunities: » Consider acquiring additional land to enable greenway extension and provide contiguous public open space. » Develop proposed greenway sections to integrate the area into the broader greenway network. » Add pedestrian access points to improve connectivity with surrounding neighborhoods. » Develop low-impact recreational amenities such as picnic areas on higher ground, avoiding flood-prone areas.
