Draft “Guiding Guilford” County Comprehensive Plan
Guilford County’s Draft Comprehensive Plan includes a Draft Future Land Use Map (shown above). The southeastern portion of the study area within Guilford County is envisioned to include a mix of commercial, civic/educational, and residential uses, which is different than Greensboro’s Future Built Form envisioned in the GSO 2040 Comprehensive Plan. Also of note is a planned Neighborhood Center at the intersection of US 421S and I-85.
