The South Greensboro Area Plan study area extends as far north as the intersection of I-40 and US Highway 421. An initial analysis of the area shows two major opportunities that can capitalize on existing freeway access and creating a stronger gateway. The area is well-positioned to receive additional activity and attention based on incoming and outgoing traffic associated with the Liberty Megasite.
