There are ample development opportunities at the intersection of Vandalia Road and Elm-Eugene Street, including the construction of housing on church-owned property. This can be well integrated with planned expansion of park space and a greenways/ trails network. Opportunity for infill development exists along with single-family housing areas closer to, and along, Vandalia Road.
