Two “Game Changing” Regional Economic Drivers The recently announced JetZero facility in Greensboro and the Toyota Battery Plant at the Liberty Mega Site are poised to significantly impact the housing market and economy in southern Greensboro and the broader region. JetZero, an aerospace startup, is investing over $4.7 billion to build its first U.S. manufacturing facility at Piedmont Triad International Airport.
