Learn to communicate and connect with others in a whole new way! $$-$$$ Karate is an excellent way for children and adults to learn self-discipline, increase self awareness, and build self esteem. FREE Mahjong is a fun and entertaining game using tiles instead of cards. The purpose, somewhat like gin rummy, is to create a hand with a specific arrangement of suits and numbers. If you enjoy playing cards, chances are you will enjoy playing Mahjong as well. Come learn from local mental health practitioners about tips and tools to pause and show a little self-compassion with discussions and resources from local practitioners. Your mind deserves care too.
