• You will also be CDL disqualified for life if you use a CMV to commit a felony involving the manufacture, distribution, or dispensing a controlled substance or possession with intent to manufacture, distribute, or dispense a controlled substance.

You will lose your CDL: -

For at least 60 days if you have committed two serious traffic violations within a three year period.
