Initiative 1: The Update MWBE Application and Reporting Matrix initiative involves revising the guidelines and procedures for the certification, registration, and reporting of MWBEs. The update aims to enhance the accuracy, transparency, and accountability of the program, and may require reviewing eligibility criteria, evaluating performance metrics, and improving data management systems. Initiative 2: involves renewing and reducing cost for Cyber Liability Insurance to provide coverage against losses and damages resulting from cyber attacks and data breaches at a lower cost. This coverage includes costs associated with data recovery, business interruption, legal fees, reputation damage, and liability claims from affected third parties.
