How to Enroll in Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Password Reset Procedures (continued):

3. Open the Microsoft Authenticator on your phone select Add Account then Work or School Account and Scan QR Code.

4. Scan the QR Code on your computer with your mobile device, then select Next.

5. Approve Notification Sent to Mobile Device, then select Next.

6. Select Next to continue.

7. Click Done to complete registration.

8. What does it look like when you get a push notification? From the login prompt / application you will see a “Approve sign in request” with a number:
