How to Setup a Skype Audio and/or Video Conference Call: 1. From your Outlook/Exchange Inbox, select the ‘Skype Meeting’ button located at the top of the screen in toolbar. 2. Send your meeting invite that was pre-populated with your conference ID and meeting links like you would any other meeting invite. Please note: if your Conference ID is not a 5 digit number, contact Telecommunications so that your conference ID can be reset.
