An application that enables videos produced by GTN, and all associated information, to be tracked throughout their life cycle. An application, with internal and external portals, that allows GTN to upload and display daily and monthly television schedules to be referenced for residents online.

A public facing search to allow residents to look up Obituaries, Marriage Bonds, Marriage Notices, and Gravestone Inscriptions in the time period of approximately 1771-1899

An application that provides verification of data for new hires, upload of time worked data into Lawson for Police special events, pension number update processing, and assists with data automation after the yearly benefits signup process has completed.

A public facing application that enables contractors to request lane closures. It also features an administrative tool for tracking the status of lane closure requests and payments. Lastly it is integrated with the online payment portal to allow contractors to make Lane Closure payments online. An application that moves employee photos from the badging system to a staging area for Lawson, Kronos, and other custom applications so that employee images are available to those systems. A web service that allows various other programs to perform automated lookup of Lawson data The main application in the Leasing collection. An application that handles the tracking of leased technology equipment across the City. It has many features including lease order entry, lease item transfer, receiver information updates, monthly billing archives, quote attachments, accessory tracking, multi-stage order approval, conditional automated email alerts, fee calculations, monthly lease costs setting, reports, etc. Sends email notifications to liaisons that have entered an order into the lease system but did not finish submitting the order. Part of the Leasing collection. Sends an email to the leasing liaison informing them that their replacement items has been received by staging, however the expired item(s) have not been returned and therefore will continue to be billed. Part of the Leasing collection. Sends out an email to the leasing company with excel list of items that have expired and will be returned to them from staging. Builds a file with active and terminated employee life insurance enrollment data in a specific format for electronic file transfer to the provider vendor on a weekly basis. An application for the Local Ordinance division to track LOE cases related to housing, nuisance, vehicles, RUCO, Zoning, and Front Yard Parking. It also generates letters for communication about the details of each specific process from the City to residents. This is one of a pair of applications and is used internally by City employees. An application that enables City Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to enter employee merits for approval and further processing by the Human Resources department. An application that calculates, displays, and processes miscellaneous cash, bus ticket payments, and convenience fees into Lawson for accounting.
