A web form that provides an easy way to merge customers' information into the contact center database An application that tracks a contract as it progresses from the originating department to the other required departments for signatures. It has data entry and reporting features and prints customized contract routing sheets and logs to assist with efficient routing and tracking of the contract as it completes the signature process. An application that helps the executive office enter and retrieve scanned documents that are associated with Council meetings. An application that tracks debt owed by individuals and the status of the debt over time for many categories including Water, Returned Checks, Privilege License, Parking, Miscellaneous Billing, etc. It pushes and pulls data from the North Carolina Five Star Clearing House. It applies debt payments to the collections system and transfers it to accounting via Lawson. Lastly, it has integration with T2, the Parking Ticket system, for tracking money owed and payments made on Tickets. An application that builds a custom electronic file to transfer data related to employees, and their dependents, who are eligible for dental insurance coverage with Delta Dental. Builds a file with active and terminated employee dental enrollment data for transfer to the provider on a weekly basis An application that reads deposit information from Lawson and allows for deposit comments to be entered for tracking purposes. A web page that runs on a kiosk at the depot that provides the most frequently requested links to attractions in Greensboro. Automated ticket routing for DTS/Dean’s service or supply requests through IT Service Desk staff and to Dean’s technicians. An application that provides a payment portal for residents to pay balances due online for Privilege Licenses, Business Permits, Building Inspections, Lane Closures, and Parking Payments. Data is applied to the iNovah cashier system and several custom applications and is also moved into Lawson for accounting purposes. Allows payments that where interrupted before being posted to iNovah to be identified and re-sent. A public facing form to allow the residents to communicate, via e-mail, with Greensboro Council members. An application for looking up employee information including phone numbers, work locations, departmental assignments, and manager to which they report. Part of the Leasing collection. Sends email notifications to leasing liaisons that have expiring computer equipment coming off lease that needs to be replaced or returned. Part of the Leasing collection. Sends email notifications to leasing liaisons that have expiring printer equipment coming off lease that needs to be replaced or returned.
