A web application that displays a map of building inspectors' routes and information about inspections on the route Part of the Business Permit collection. Allows the operators to process business permit data, including generating multiple types of letters for business who are in various phases of the permitting process, generating physical business permits for permitted businesses, and sending money that is collected by the business permit system up to the general ledger (Lawson) for Accounting purposes. Part of the Business Permit collection. A program that is run annually to renew eligible permits The main application in the Business Permit collection. An application to discover, track, and issue Business Permits for businesses that reside in the City of Greensboro. It creates physical Permits, generates letters for businesses as they move through the permitting process, sends financial data to accounting through Lawson, renews and revokes permits on businesses. It also allows businesses to pay balances due online for Business Permits. Part of the Business Permit collection. A process that is run annually to revoke unpaid permits An application that tracks Capital Improvement Projects across the City organization. It has data entry and reporting features. An application for Police to manage property related to cases. It allows for addition/ deletion and changes to the disposition of property related to a case. Police Case Query An application for Police to look up historical information on cases. An application that executes a custom export for all payments Collections has received on a specified day and puts them in a place for further processing by other custom applications and eventual upload into Lawson for accounting purposes. An application that allows Collections to open and close batches in the iNovah cashier system each day. An application that tracks the status of plots in City cemeteries. It has a data entry and reporting features. A public facing search to allow residents to look up burials in Forest Lawn, Green Hill, and Maplewood cemeteries that has data dating back to 1840. A public facing search to allow residents to look up records of soldiers who fought in the Civil War by rank, service, company and regiment. An application to look up invoices, credits, debits, and dispute information from Lawson. It also prints invoices. An application that enables Community Relations to track issues for follow up that are reported to them from residents. It has data entry and reporting features. A third-party application for construction loan control and commercial real estate loan servicing An application for the Contact Center to track and route resident requests to the appropriate department for follow up. It features Enterprise Asset Management and Lawson integration and an extensive knowledge base used by contact center representatives or other third parties. Additionally, there is 3rd party software supported that allows citizens to initiate chat sessions with Contract Center representatives. An Application Programming Interface that allows third party providers to communicate with the City's Contact Center application. An application for Police to look up historical information on cases. An application for cashiers to view Lawson invoices.
