This application integrates with the Water Customer Information System and the Collections Construction and Loan Control system. Includes an internal portion with reports and additional information, as well as an external portion for general public use.

Scans permit inspections for items added during inspection and applies the payments to the permit/contractor The main application in the Building Inspections collection. Handles the permitting process for building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and driveway permits, manages fees, contractors, inspectors, code tables, and inspection results. Part of the Building Inspections collection. Operators run this program at month end to update and generate mailable bills for contractors that owe money on permits. Part of the Building Inspections collection. Creates reports about permit changes and calculates General Ledger totals for upload into Lawson. Part of the Building Inspections collection.
