Increases or decreases will be passed on to the customer. These charges apply to all machines. Service Desk TIER I consists of all City departments with the exception of the following TIER II groups: • Finance (Equipment Services Division only) • Guilford-Metro 911 (Police, Fire, GM911 dispatch and PS-IT) TIER II groups pay a flat $5000 per year/per IT staff person charge. 1 Adding a 130W dock, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a single monitor to the base price is an additional $13.26 per month. 2 Adding a 90W dock, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a single monitor to the base price is an additional $12.09 per month. For a second Dell monitor, add another $5.87 per month. 3 Adding a dock, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a monitor to the base price is an additional $13.75 per month. For a second Lenovo monitor, add another $6.00 per month. *A 15% service charge will be added to “one-time” lease payments. **Network fees will be billed based on device status; Primary device $87.00 per month, Secondary device $39.00 per month. devices not assigned to a specific employee such as PCs connected to Smart TVs will be billed as Primary devices
