I NFORMATION S ECURITY M ANAGEMENT S YSTEM ISO/IEC 27001:2013, the international security standard for information security management provides mandatory requirements for implementing, reviewing and continuously improving an Information Security Management System to continue protecting systems and information from threats and cyber-attacks and ensure the City meets its statutory, regulatory and contractual information security requirements. L EADERSHIP AND C OMMITMENT The City of Greensboro Management Team will ensure that information security policies and objectives are established and are compatible with the strategic direction of the City. The team will also ensure the integration of the information security management system requirements into the organization’s processes and ensure that the resources needed for the information security management system are available . The City’s Cyber Security Team, which consists of key members of the management team, will meet monthly to review information security initiatives and ensure that the information security management system achieves its intended outcome.
