To ensure the City of Greensboro continues to meet the needs and expectations of the community, the survey identifies “high priority” areas for the Department to sustain and/or improve performance. These include areas that may be successful today and are essential for further investment due to their high importance to residents. They also include areas that are identified by the community as missing or needed. The facilities and programs with the highest priority ratings to the community are listed below. These priorities were incorporated into the needs assessment and program gaps later in this chapter as well. Facility Priorities • Paved walking & biking trails
