KEY PROJECTS & TIMEFRAME Near-term (0-5 years) • Create and market a partnership roadshow for conversations with corporate partners. • Develop working, signed agreements with all ongoing and planned partners to clarify intentions, expectations and outcomes. • Review and revise agreements with organizations partnering on co- sponsored programs. Mid-term (5-10 years) • Review all existing partnership agreements and revise to better align with Department mission and need for programs and services. • Hire an individual with a dedicated position related to grant writing, fundraising, and partnerships. Long-term (10-20 years+) • Continue to build and grow partnerships that align with changing trends and community needs.
