Action 5f. Analyze staffing gaps and opportunities for Community Recreation Services (CRS) In order to provide transformational programs and to make proposed community hearts vibrant spaces, additional programming staff will be needed. In addition, existing staff may need new skills, training, and collaborations in order to provide successful innovative program offerings. Use data-driven analysis to address staffing needs - A systematic and clear analysis of program staff gaps and opportunities should be conducted either in-house or through an outside consultant. Initial conversations with CRS and Departmental leadership indicate the following needs exist:

○ Enhance program management with a dedicated budget for each program, a performance dashboard, and targeted growth and customer satisfaction goals for each program. ○ Create customer feedback loops and processes, such as surveys and user group interviews, to ensure customer satisfaction. process to ensure that new programs are developed, have targets for success before being launched, and are measured and tracked. ○ Create a program life-cycle
