Budget Highlights: The FY 25-26 Budget is increasing by $0, or 0%. The War Memorial Coliseum eliminated 23 FTE positions to finalize the transition to vendor-managed administration. The FY 25-26 Budget is conservatively expected to remain the same as FY 24-25, to allow for planning of new programs and operational features to be fully implemented by the new management group. Additional revenues will be realized due to the Complex’s “Name in Title” sale with First Horizon Bank, over the next ten year period. The facility is now known as First Horizon Coliseum. Beginning in FY 2026, professional hockey will return to Greensboro with the announcement of a new team, the Greensboro Gargoyles, an affiliate of the Carolina Hurricanes in the East Coast Hockey League. The Tanger Center is moving from a seven show Broadway Series to eight shows in FY25 -26, with over 17,000 season seat member tickets expected to be sold. The peak in FY 24 – 25 was 17,569.
