FY 2023-2024 Final Adopted Budget

Internal Service Funds Internal Service Funds are used to account for the financing of goods or services provided by one department or agency of a government to others within the government on a cost-reimbursement basis. These services include technology, equipment, printing, insurance, and vehicle maintenance. These funds are: Capital Leasing Fund Equipment Services Fund Graphic Services Fund Guilford Metro Communications Fund Network Services/Telecommunications Fund Technical Services Fund Risk Retention Funds The charts on the following pages show actual operating expenditures for each fund in FY 2021-22, the amended FY 2022-23 budget, the recommended FY 2023-24 budget, and the projected FY 2024-25 budget.
