HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT

Budget Highlights: The FY 25-26 Adopted Budget is decreasing by $2,322,242, or -95.0%. As part of the FY 2024–25 budget, the Code Compliance division, previously under the General Fund portion of the Housing and Neighborhood Development Department, was reorganized under the Executive Department. This transition included the transfer of 17.5 positions and $628,666 in maintenance and operations (M&O) funding. The remaining 12.25 Housing and Neighborhood Development positions are funded through the Nussbaum Housing Partnership Fund.
