Local authors, Palmer McIntyre and Hollis Oberlies, will be highlighting their book "Trails & Treats" with a gathering on the Downtown Greenway. Join us for author readings, book sales and signings, and even enjoy a few refreshments and treats!

Join our friends from GetOutdoors Pedal and Paddle for a Full Moon Paddle. This is unique guided tour will allow you to experience the thrills of paddling in darkness. Spend approximately two hours witnessing the rise of the full moon (sky conditions permitting) from the lake. You may rent a kayak from GetOutdoors or bring your own. These horseshoe pits are outdoors and available on a frst come, frst served basis. Smith Community Park GREENSBORO MOUNTAIN BIKING EXPERIENCE FREE Beginner instruction for children and adults includes how to identify the appropriate size bike to ride, how to replace the chain, repair a fat tire, and learn to ride on the trails.
