Pinetop Sports Club All Ages | October 4-6 | 9 am to 5 pm CAST YOUTH TENNIS CLINIC FREE CAST (Carolinas Adaptive Standing Tennis), GRETA (Guilford Regional Tennis Association), Pinetop Sports Club, and Greensboro Parks and Recreation host a clinic that teaches youth with physical disabilities how to use adaptive techniques to compete and learn the sport of tennis. Smith Active Adult Center 18+ | September 12 to November 14 | 10-11:30 am CHALLENGER FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING FREE Challenger Flag Football’s purpose is to give children and young adults with disabilities an opportunity to participate in a fag football league and join a cheerleading team. All of this is done in a safe, structured, and team environment. Bryan Park 10+ | September-October | 6-7:30 pm COMMUNITY DAY TRIPS FREE-$ Who doesn’t like to take an adventure? ADAPTIVE MOUNTAIN BIKE DEMO FREE Keeley Parks new hand cycles are perfect for those with physical limitations/disabilities. Helmets will be available, and modifcations will be made as needed. Meet staf members at the Garden Shelter and they will escort you to the demo location. Keeley Park All Ages | August 14 | 10 am to 12 noon ADAPTIVE PADDLING EXPERIENCE $ Join our friends from Get Outdoors Pedal & Paddle this fall to learn adaptive kayaking techinques and feel more independent on the water.
